Physics Laboratory

• The College has a well-equipped Physics Laboratory established in accordance with the norms and standards prescribed by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The laboratory provides an effective platform for student teachers to develop scientific understanding through observation, experimentation, and practical application of physical principles.

• The Physics Laboratory is equipped with a wide range of instruments, apparatus, models, charts, measuring devices, and experimental setups related to mechanics, optics, electricity, magnetism, heat, and modern physics. These facilities enable students to perform experiments, verify scientific laws, and gain firsthand experience of physical phenomena.

• The laboratory promotes experiential and inquiry-based learning by encouraging students to actively participate in practical work, demonstrations, and project-based activities. It helps student teachers develop scientific temper, analytical thinking, precision, problem-solving skills, and a deeper understanding of concepts that are essential for effective classroom teaching.
